His mother,Isabeau Ran, served in the Royal Court of the Hapes Consortium and his Father, Lor Keithel, was a Jedi stationed on Hapes in order to keep Hapan-Jedi relations strong. Zhane was born on the Hapan home world of Hapes. Sometimes his slightly childish behavior hides his ability to think deeply on certain issues, even from himself.
